I understand how overwhelming everyday life can feel. At times, we may feel weighed down by depression, disconnected in our relationships, or longing for relief, clarity, or a deeper connection with ourselves and others. My hope is to support you in carrying these experiences so you don’t have to face them alone through my counseling services.
I focus on creating a non-judgmental, non-pathologizing, and emotionally safe space to explore your inner world and the different parts of yourself. Being invited into someone’s inner experience is a profound honour. I strive to meet each story with compassion, presence, and respect for the strength it takes to arrive here.
While I come to this work as a registered psychotherapist, I am a human first. I value authenticity, autonomy, connection, resilience, and compassion, and I aim to bring these qualities into our work together. Therapy with me is grounded in real, human connection, where all parts of you are welcome.
If you’re considering therapy, are curious about Internal Family Systems (IFS), and would like to learn more, I welcome you to reach out for a complimentary phone or virtual consultation.
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology from Brock University.
In addition to my formal education, I have completed Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 and Level 2 trainings through the IFS Institute and continue to pursue advanced IFS education. I engage in ongoing consultation and professional development to support ethical, emotion-focused, and effective care.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-based approach that views each person as having different 'parts' within them, shaped by life experiences. Some parts may carry painful emotions or memories, while others have learned to protect you by managing, avoiding, or controlling difficult experiences. In IFS, these parts are not seen as problems to fix, but meaningful responses that emerged to help you navigate your experiences.
IFS therapy focuses on helping you develop a compassionate, curious relationship with these parts, guided by your core Self, the part of you that is calm, grounded, and capable of clarity and care. As trust builds, protective patterns can soften, and deeper healing becomes possible. IFS supports increased self-understanding, emotional regulation, and lasting change in a non-pathologizing and respectful way, at a pace that feels safe for you.
I also integrate Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices, weaving together reflective conversation with experiential psychotherapy.
